I don't know how to explain this.
I could swear that the last time I looked, she was still sleeping in a basinet and we were trying to figure out where we were going with this whole "parent" thing. But I blinked or something, and now she's talking about boys and junior high and trying on make-up. Like I said, it's a mystery.
A dozen years, gone through my fingers like smoke.
happy birthday
Shut up, Benjamin, I am not listening to you. My adorable little boys are going to stay little, do you hear me? BT is all excited about turning four, but after that he is not allowed to age any more. I'll let JG turn seven and that will be the end of it. They will always run around the house in superhero costumes, they will always climb in my lap and let me shower them with kisses, and they will never leave me!!!!
Your daughter, however, will grow up to be a lovely woman, I'm sure. Congratulations.

Another year closer to paying for your first wedding. Congrats!

LAmom - thank you, but any credit for raising a "lovely woman" will have to go to my wife - my contribution is teaching her the correct way to spit.
Brandon - I'm only paying for the first. After that, she's on her own.
